Only a 30-minute ferry trip from downtown Seattle, Bainbridge Island is a world away from the city. The island's attractions and amenities make it an ideal spot for a getaway without having to travel far from Seattle. The island consists of two parts - the village of Winslow, clustered near the ferry terminal, and the rest of the island, which is rural, farmy and forested. If you're planning all your activities in town, you can easily leave the car in Seattle and walk on the ferry. If you're planning a tour of the island, you'll need wheels. Small inns, dozens of fine restaurants, lots of galleries and shops, island wineries, and a low-key local vibe make Bainbridge Island a fun and restful spot to treat yourself to a splurge.
| Ideally situated in the heart of Winslow, a few steps from galleries, shopping and dining, Eagle Harbor Inn is a small hotel that offers suites or fully equipped townhomes for your vacation lodging. |
