To avoid a sudden cutoff of backup and monitoring support from my hosting provider, I've finally been forced to undertake a long-postponed upgrade to my Web and e-mail server.

I hope to complete the migration within the next few days, but you never know.

I'll try to minimize any downtime or lost e-mail, but feel free to phone if you don't get an answer to your e-mail, and don't be alarmed if at times over the next 2 weeks this Web site may not be online or some features may not be working.

Just what I didn't need for a spring break project on a rainy day when I'm already home sick with a cold instead of having fun or catching up on work.

If your comment on my blog doesn't appear, or you try to subscribe to my e-mail newsletter but don't get a confirmation message, let me know and I'll take care of it manually once everything is up and running properly on the new server.
