Willy decided he liked traveling when his family moved from Iowa to Egypt when he was 10. Always one to wander down dark alleys, he soon found himself in college in Sarasota, Florida. After graduation, he suffered an acute case of wanderlust, so he bolted for Zambia, where he served as a Peace Corps volunteer for three years and explored the southern half of Africa with his friends. After returning to the US, Willy settled in South Florida, where he works from home, visits the beach as often as he can and is always in search of a better basket of conch fritters, a bigger slice of key lime pie and a more glorious spot to watch the sun set with his sweet, sweet wife, Jodie.
Willie was also instrumental in the launch of Travel Insights 100. We appreciate his gracious assistance.
