The beach is king at Kiawah Island. Ten miles of powdery white sand stretches along the coast. The hard packed sand is perfect for riding bikes. You won't find commercialism here, beyond the resorts that sit behind protective sand dunes. This is the South Carolina coast at its finest.
Luxury accommodations only 50 yards from the beach, satisfies my inner princess.Classic Charleston-style furnishings, sweeping views of the Atlantic, and an elegant atmosphere are the ingredients for a pampered weekend. I can't think of a better sanctuary.
