The runner up in my book would have to be the Fort Nisqually Living History Museum. This one features a living history of the Hudson Bay trading company. More

For classic Catalan cuisine, Les Set Portes is one of Barcelona's best and oldest restaurants. It was opened in the 1830s and so named for the seven doors through which customers could enter the original cafe. It's a little on the expensive side but not terribly overpriced. Paellla is superb. Lots of other local dishes like herring with onions and potatoes, roast goat, and lots of fresh seafood. If you really want a special experience, they actually have private dining rooms for two that you can reserve. More
