Located in a historically landmarked two-story, red-brick building, the museum stands across from Civic Park on 13th street, right next to the Dushanbe teahouse.

Tuesday - Friday 11 am to 5pm Extended hours: Wednesday nights from 4pm to 8pm Saturday 9am to 4pm Sunday noon to 3pm Closed Monday, 10a-6p Tu-Sa, Tues-Sat 11am-6pm (Sat 9am-4pm in summer). Hours change seasonally; call ahead for current information, Tue-Sat 11am-5pm (April-October Saturday hours are 9am-4pm); Sun 12n-3pm;
