Weekend With The Kids In Worcester

My husband's family has strong roots in Worcester so I have learned of all the great family friendly places scattered throughout the Big Woo. Here are a few that have been kid tested and approved.

This restaurant facility is housed in an old toolhouse factory with great exposed brick and funky artifacts of decor. They serve a very yummy brunch on Sundays upstairs in Club Maxine's that looks fancy and tastes awesome but is a casual environment where the kiddos can be just as happy as mom and dad.

The AHL Worcester Sharks play their hockey games at the DCU Center and it is a family affair.
This place is wicked cool! It's a zoo. It's a science museum. It's a planetarium. It is everything you could ever need to educate and entertain your kids under one roof - and sometimes under the bright blue sky. An indoor/outdoor museum encouraging hands-on discovery.

Very accommodating for families - both in rates and in amenities. There is an indoor pool that is open late and spacious rooms. Breakfast is not included though there is a restaurant on site. Overall great value in a clean, family friendly chain.
