Baltimore Weekend With Kids

Like many cities on the East Coast, Baltimore is filled with American History. Most notably, the city played a critical role in both the Civil War and the War of 1812. A visit here with kids is a great way for them to learn about the events that shaped our nation and hearing the stories while standing in the places the events occurred definitely beats reading from a text book. Gain a new found appreciation for the railroads, our national anthem, and the decisions our founders made before, during and after the early wars of our country.
