OUR TAKE ON VAIL
Traveling to Vail, Colorado is like taking a trip to the Swiss Alps. This small community of about 5,000 inhabitants nearly doubles in the winter months due to its ratings as being one of the top alpine ski resorts in the world. Vail family vacations have something for everyone. Take the kids to one of the many pet friendly parks, or enroll them in one of the day camps or painting classes. Enjoy a round of golf at one of Vail's championship courses, or take advantage of the 16 miles of trails that wind through this stunning location.
One of our favorite things to do here in the summer is paying a visit to the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, the highest botanical gardens in the world. Mountain hikes and tours are provided for visitors, kids can take part in educational classes. Take advantage of the world's largest free transportation system for dining and shopping in Vail's unique downtown area. Visit during the months of March and April for the world class Vail Film festival. There are over 80 listings for Vail accomodations, and you will be sure to find something suitable to your vacation needs. The small town atmosphere, even in the busy winter months, will make you feel right at home in the beautiful alpine resort town.
