We recommend a visit during the annual Sante Fe trail festival, which is a free event featuring more than 70 arts, crafts, and food vendors from the area. Re-enactments, gunfights, street dances, and walking tours are fun for the whole family.

Take a ride on the Trinidad trolley, which offers free tours to visitors year-round. Discover unique shopping experiences in the historic town's unique boutiques. There are also many recreational things to do outside of Trinidad's downtown - such as hiking, fishing, and camping.
