OUR TAKE ON LOVELAND
Loveland, Colorado, about 50 miles north of Denver, is a beautiful artist community with sculpture festivals, foundries, public bronze sculpture, and many art galleries. Public art is everywhere, and the foundries are a unique educational experience for the whole family. In the winter months, it is a recreation destination for skiiers and snowboarders. In the summers, there is an abundance of outdoor recreation for the perfect family vacation. With three golf courses, horseback riding, hiking, camping and fishing, adventures abound and time is well spent here.
On your arrival in beautiful Loveland, stop at the Visitors center for friendly welcomes and free coffee. Here the staff can provide you with a number of services, including customized itineraries and tour guides. Stop in the gift shop on your way out, to peruse some of the unique souvenirs and keepsakes. Loveland has 27 beautiful pet friendly parks, great shopping in historic downtown, and a variety of dining choices. The activities and events calender is full the year round, with everything ranging from food festivals to art festivals. If possible, we recommend seeing a play at the historic Rialto Theater.
