"Was looking forward to this experience, but found it lacking...First off, they do not honor their own coupons -- we were informed the manager decided not to honor them this season, even though they must of just been printed them in the Winter Guide of Durango. Second, 2 of 3 showers were out of soap. I informed the staff of this, but an hour later, when I showered to leave, soap was still not refilled. The worst part was that their main hot pool was not very hot (maybe 102/103), but the smaller pool was so hot (110?), that you could only handle it for a couple minutes. They really need something in between to beneficial. Can't believe we paid $9 a person for that experience." - a Tripadvisor user
