OUR TAKE ON TARZANA
Tarzana has an incredibly interesting history. The town was originally a part of the San Francisco Mission that was conducted by Spanish missionaries. Eventually, they displaced the local population until Mexico sized control. However, under the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, Tarzana become part of a large order to cattle ranchers owned by the town's elite.
With such as rich history, it is not surprising that Tarzana has a highly diverse population characterized by a large number of Iranian-Americans in the town. Because of this, the town is noted for its exquisite Persian cuisine that gives travelers a dining experience like no other. Tarzana also has close connections with Hollywood because its stars frequent the area.
Famous Hollywood stars such as Britney Spears love Tarzana. Thus, you can expect ultra luxurious Tarzana accommodations, such as the Tarzana Inn. This particular hotel is located in West San Fernando Valley so travelers have an easy access to establishments like Universal Studios, the Los Angeles Zoo, Malibu Beach Park, Van Nuys Airport, and the Braemar Golf Course among others.
If you want to build your own Tarzana memory, visit the Tarzana Neighborhood Council website to know more about the events and happenings in this interesting area.
