Of course, we recommend a visit to the beautiful San Juan Capistrano Mission, where you can take a tour of the 200 year old resting grounds The 10 acres have gardens and fountains galore, creating a very romantic and historic ambiance. Or visit the oldest neighborhood in California, Los Rios Historic District. The homes here are anywhere from 40 to 205 years old! The Acjachenmen Indians and the Spanish settlers merged their cultures here, creating unique architecture for modern travelers to appreciate.
For a budget-conscious option, San Juan Capistrano lodging offers the Mission Inn, a bed a breakfast, which is also a pet friendly vacation spot.
