I do not enjoy driving downtown, and this hotel has great proximity to kid friendly museums and a beautiful plaza with plenty of space to run. With great restaurants steps away it's a good home base to start your San Jose Adventure.

This diner is rumored to have the best burgers in San Jose. A great place to go, if your kids aren't in to trying to more exotic culinary offerings in San Jose.

The Tech Museum Of Innovation

You would expect an outstanding science museum in the heart of the Silicon Valley and this one doesn't disappoint. It's better for older kids however. If you have preschoolers or toddlers definately head to the Children's Museum.

Happy Hollow Park & Zoo

I haven't been to this zoo since it has been remodeled but my fellow parents assure me that it is the place for families to have fun in San Jose. A little kid friendly ride area complements this small zoo.

This minor league team delivers big fun for families. A small stadium ensures that there is not a bad seat in the house. The food is cheap and delicious.
