If you're here in the heat of summer, take the kids here where they can splash, slide, and swim to their heart's content in nearby San Dimas, better known as the home of the adventurous duo of Bill and Ted.

Scandia Amusement Park
Just an exit or two south in Interstate 15 is this great, small amusement park. Mini golf, bumper cars, arcade, and several rides including the highly-regarded Scandia Screamer roller coaster. Free admission, $2 - $6 for rides. Unlimited passes available.

Billed as the ski area with no mountain roads to drive to, Mountain High in nearby Wrightwood is pretty easy to get to via an easy 45 minute drive up Interstate 15. Consisting of two separated mountains, one easy;one hard, skiing and snowboarding are available morning through night. Lift ticket... More >
