Napa is something that should be experienced by everybody. Who doesn't love wine tasting? But there's much to be enjoyed in this beautiful locale. Much hiking and sports to do outdoors. If you have the means take a hot air balloon ride. The views you experience are indescribable while you drive to restaurants, shop, or hit up wineries.

This is a great place to stock up on supplies for a picnic and see the local produce and gourmet specialties of Napa. Don't be shy about taking advantage of the various samplings. Food, wine, coffee- it's all there so take advantage!
Once a place where settlers went to have their harvests of grain ground into meal, the Bale Grist Mill is now a state historic landmark. There are some great hiking trails and a perfect place to have an outdoor lunch. Historic tours of the mill are offered by knowledgeable guides for $3.

Need a snack before you head out on the wine tasting trail? Model Bakery seems like the obvious choice. They are famous for their delicious English muffins. Either way you can't go wrong. Mouthwatering pizzas, sandwiches, and pastries. They also serve up a mean cup of coffee!
Cuvaison Estate Wines is a great place to go for a relaxed laid back tasting. Great view, beautiful setting and you get two free tastings with the purchase of a bottle of wine. They are know for their Chardonnays so make sure you put that on your to do list.
This hotel has a lot going for it. It has a great location- walking distance from a lot of great local shops and restaurants. The hotel is priced at or slightly below most other hotels in the area but they bring it with a nice gym, comfortable rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
