When I was a kid, Farrell's was the absolute dream place to go for birthdays. This newly opened store retains all the fun and festivity of the original "old-fashioned" ice cream parlour. I took my kids there last year and they were wide-eyed at the party atmosphere. The unique sundaes are second to none. My son and I gobbled up a Pig's Trough, for which we received a special ribbon reading "I made a pig of myself at Farrell's." It's a badge of honor.

Admission is $9 for adults, $5 for kids 4-11.
