A Romantic Splurge In LA

LA is the place where dreams come to life. It can also be a place where romance comes to life. With all of the beautiful sights, culture, restaurants, hotels, and spas at your disposal the romance should be non stop. With these locales shown here you are off to a pretty good start.

If you are looking for a fun flashy night out this is it. Amazing cocktails, a good wine list, and some very inventive tapas. I would recommend trying the cotton candy foie gras or the air bread philly cheese steak. Be careful though it could get a bit pricey.
This is my favorite Indonesian restaurant in LA and is great for dates. The restaurant itself is nice, the food is great, and it's pretty cheap. Do yourself a favor and get a banana leaf rice wrap.
Take your date to this sinfully delicious pizza house.

Why not start your romantic evening at Malo's happy hour? They serve a mean margarita and have a tempting array of salsas to choose from- I particularly enjoyed their chile negro and chocolate flavor. The flavor doesn't stop at chips and salsa. They have great tacos, burritos, and sandwiches too.
This glamorous old hotel cannot be beaten for a romantic splurge in LA. It is located on Ocean Avenue overlooking the ocean right in the middle of Santa Monica. Parking can be a bit pricy but that's par for the course in Santa Monica.

This peaceful Culver City park is a hidden gem. Another reminder of how beautiful Southern California is. It has some great hiking trails and even greater views of LA. With the ponds, forests, and meadow you could imagine yourself to be anywhere you want. More
