Whether in winter or summer, the beauty of Lake Tahoe is pure ecstasy, and Incline Village is positioned perfectly to appreciate this fact. Incline is a cool little lakeside town alright, but when I'm in this glorious setting, it's all about nature and the out-of-doors. This being the case, lower priced accommodations, so as long as they are clean and pleasant, suit me fine. That's why the Parkside Inn is my favorite when in Incline. I just throw my suitcase on the bed and I'm off onto the Tahoe Rim Trail. If it's winter, I head on up the Mt. Rose to do some snow boarding. After a hard day of recreation I like stopping in T's Rotisserie for some sizzling Mexican grill. If I'm in a mood to luxuriate I'll make a reservation at Le Bistro for some down-home French food wizardry. OK, so maybe it's not ALL about the outdoors.
