OUR TAKE ON FULLERTON
Fullerton is a mid sized city in Orange County, about 25 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Like much of Orange County, Fullerton has an agricultural history—most notably orange and other citrus crops. This history means that Fullerton is covered with fragrant trees, making for a lush and picturesque place to explore.
A popular attraction for residents and tourists alike is the Fullerton Market. The market is open every evening from early spring through late autumn and offers a variety of vendors and activities. Farm fresh produce, flowers and fresh baked bread are sold here, and there is also live music, an outdoor beer garden and arts and craft booths providing a great way for tourists to soak up the local flavor of this friendly community. The Fullerton Market also hosts activities for children if you are looking for a kid friendly family vacation.
If outdoor activities are what you enjoy on your holiday, Fullerton has plenty to offer. Plentiful outdoor parks host a variety of hiking, biking and walking trails to indulge the active tourist. Fullerton is also a very pet friendly city, so you are welcome to take your dog along on any of your outdoor endeavors.
Fullerton has a well-established tourism infrastructure to make it easy for you to plan a visit. Love to shop? Check out Orange County Shopping. The site at www.cityoffullerton.com is a great resource for travel guides, and hotel and restaurant reviews to help you make the most of your holiday.
