One Day in Daly City

The Alpine Inn in Daly City is a handy and economical choice for lodging while touring San Francisco. This cute little inn is clean, pleasant, and only 15 minutes away from the big "city". With all the money you"ll save on hotels there will be plenty of cash for night-clubbing and dining in San Francisco. Be sure to take that walk across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and if you have the time, I highly recommend a ferry ride to Sausalito for an afternoon of strolling and shopping. You'll see the beautiful San Francisco skyline as is possible only while skimming across the bay. When your boat pulls in to the lovely town of Sausalito you may find yourself wondering if you've died and gone to the Italian Riviera.

If you are looking for a conveniently located alternative to the highly priced hotels of San Francisco this is a great option. This clean, comfy and very reasonably priced inn is only 15 minutes away from the hub of San Francisco. Not for those looking for a luxury experience, however.
After a morning shopping the marketplace, take a 20 minute ferry ride across the bay to the hillside village of Sausalito. From the boat you will see the lovely skyline of San Francisco. I am the Vice President of an international, non-profit conservation organization, Save the Turtles, Inc. My eight years as a hands-on VP has provided me with plenty of experience writing web content, proposals, ad copy, brochures, fliers, promotional material, letters of inquiry (the list could go on and on.) Writing for Save the Turtle's website has provided me with great exposure to the concepts and practices of SEO. It seems that we have done rather well as our Google ranking is most often number one on the page. Although, I am still on the board of Save the Turtles and every bit as passionate about saving endangered species as ever, I am currently also enjoying another incarnation as a freelance writer. I love, love, love writing travel blogs! Lately, I have been writing for Uptake.com. and Mynatour, an eco-travel site based in London. I have also written an number of articles for other sites covering such wide-ranging topics as health, food, real estate, and science. My goal, with each writing assignment, is to match each clients individual needs by writing with an appropriate "voice" and level of readability for each unique, target audience. Please feel free to scroll and read!
