OUR TAKE ON CORONADO

Coronado is a beautiful southern California town, just north of San Diego, which offers a host of things to do—whether you are looking for an enjoyable family vacation or a romantic getaway. Several Coronado accommodations are pet friendly, so there are a variety of places to stay if you like to take your pet with you when you travel.  Intimate and individual bed and breakfast lodgings make for a cozy escape, and the full service hotels easily accommodate the needs of a family.

Coronado  is a small “island” city, resting in San Diego Bay and is a popular destination for lovers of water sports and beaches. Rich marine life provides and exciting setting for scuba divers, and the costal surf and large waves attract surfers from all over Southern California.

A popular golfers paradise, the world-class Coronado golf course is a dream of lush greens and verdant foliage to make for a picturesque day out.

Downtown Coronado is quaint and sophisticated, offering an array of chic shops and fine dining restaurants to suit any palate.

Coronado has a well established tourist industry with helpful travel guides and reviews available online on sites such as www.coronado.ca.us or in their downtown tourist information office.
