"We just got back from a great ski trip and stayed at the River Ranch. What a fantastic place to stay. The true "Tahoe" lodge with an outstanding restaurant. Our room had a nice mountain theme decor and a balcony directly over the river. Continental breakfast in the morning is included and is served over the river also. What a way to wake up in the morning. Apres ski is hoppin' in the bar but mellows out for a romantic dinner feel. I loved my steak. Service was warm and professional. Just like I like it. They say River Ranch is like no other and now I know why. Looking forward to another trip this summer with our kayaks and mountain bikes." - a Yahoo user
