OUR TAKE ON CARMEL VALLEY

Carmel Valley is the stunning area where the Pacific Ocean meets the Carmel River—creating a dramatic picturesque landscape. Carmel Valley has a thriving tourism industry with a wide variety of attractions and things to do.

The beautiful weather in the Carmel Valley allows for the emphasis of outdoor activities. There are four championship golf courses in the area, and several tennis courts. Hiking is the most popular pastime here – the favorite destination being the Garland Ranch park which has a variety of trails for every fitness level which snake up the Santa Lucia Mountains for a stunning panoramic view of the area. The Garland Ranch Park also accommodates equestrian trails and mountain biking, for a variety of activities that will suit any visitor.

The abundance of activities make the Carmel Valley an excellent destination for a family vacation, and the intimate restaurants and cozy bed and breakfast lodgings make it equally appealing for a romantic getaway.
