Movies studios and stars, Burbank is the birthplace of the old Hollywood megastudio. Burbank is located in the eastern part of the San Fernando Valley, just north of downtown Los Angeles. Known as the “media capital of the world” many media and entertainment companies are either headquartered or have production facilities in Burbank. These include Warner Brothers Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company and NBC Universal, making Burbank a must see destination for any movie aficionado.

A tour of one of the movie studios or an exploration of the nearby Universal Studios them park is a popular pastime for visitors to Burbank. But Burbank also boasts golf courses, tennis courts for a variety of outdoor activities, along with spas, elegant shops and restaurants for a relaxing and romantic getaway.
