The city of Brea is a mid sized city in the famously picturesque Orange Country in Southern California. Sunset magazine named Brea one of the five best places to live in the western United States, which also makes it an exceptional place to visit!
A center of citrus production, fruit trees litter the landscape of this town, and infuse the air with a fresh, crisp fragrance. The newly opened Brea Mall hosts 5 upscale department stores and 175 specialty shops, making this town a shoppers paradise, and a delight to explore.
Brea is an art and artist friendly city. It is known for its extensive public art program which began in 1975 and continues today with over 140 artworks placed throughout the city. Brea's public art program has been used as a model and inspiration for many Public Art programs nationwide. The Brea Gallery is a 6,300 square foot exhibition space which continues the Brea tradition of support of the arts.
For outdoor enthusists, the Carbon Canyon Regional Park provides hiking and biking trails, along with equestrian trails and nature guided tours by a local expert.
