Romantic Getaway at Avila Beach

You have to get away from the freeway a little bit to get to this postcard-perfect little California beach town. Golfers? Here's a great course, situated around the river that flows out to the ocean here in Avila Beach. The lagoon provides some challenging water with amazing views of the ocean and interior hills as you make your way up the canyon. Weekend green fees are $75...$12 extra for a cart.
