I enjoyed a weekend getaway in Victoria, BC with my husband, but can't wait to bring the kids. There is so much for the little ones to enjoy in this beautiful Canadian City.

This hotel has suites which is always a good idea with kids. Kids stay free with a paying adult. The central location next to the kid friendly Royal British Columbia Museum makes this an ideal place to stay for the family.
Victoria's Chinatown is filled with delicious restaurants and fascinating curio shops. Stop by Don Mee for Dim Sum and give your kids some new tastes to sample. (If you have a less adventurous eater, pork buns are always a hit). After dinner go shopping for a Chinese Yo Yo or a parasol.
The excellent tour guides make this kid friendly museum a fun place to explore.
Exploring these lush gardens will keep the kids busy for hours. After your adventure be sure to stop by the cafeteria style Blue Poppy restaurant for high quality kid friendly food served quickly.
Kids and adults alike can enjoy getting up close and personal with a variety of exotic bugs. The excellent tour guides make this kid friendly museum a fun place to explore.

A Victoria Institution, kids will be enchanted by this chocolate shop. Roger's includes a soda fountain, so have an old fashioned ice cream delight and buy some chocolate for the road.
(If you have a less adventurous eater, pork buns are always a hit).
