Victoria is one of the most popular cities in British Columbia —not to mention, it's one of the most romantic cities in the state. Some popular with vacationers are Gatsby Mansion Inn and Restaurant, Bengal Lounge (The), Emerald Sea Adventures, Butchart Gardens, and Royal Blue Line Motor Tours.
