Imagine, Giving Peace a Chance

Happy Birthday, John.

This weekend would have been the 70th birthday of John Lennon. Can you imagine?

The wall pictured is in Prague, Czech Republic. I’ve been to it, back in the 90s when there was still a huge mural of Lennon’s face, but I can’t find the picture (see, pre-digital). [By the way, I've got some great Prague stories!]

There are a number of John Lennon shrines around the world, most notably this wall and areas in Liverpool and New York City. Also, my kid whose middle name is Lennon. Although he’s not really a shrine. Technically. What can I say, we’re fans.

This post is a Wordless Wednesday, but you’d never know it.
