Roaming wild chickens
You can’t visit Kaua’i without seeing or hearing the wild chickens. Besides the red dirt and a drop dead gorgeous landscape, the chickens are a Kaua’i hallmark. It doesn’t matter where you go, to the beach, hiking, a parking lot, you will be greeted by these colorful birds.
