They've got the whole world in their hands.

Today is Earth Day. You probably shouldn’t be on your computer right now. However, since you’re reading UpTake we’ll keep your secret. This goes both ways.

There are a number of activities today and throughout the weekend to celebrate our planet (and our bunnies, see Easter), check your local listings.

I know what you’re thinking, isn’t every day Earth Day? To which I say, no. No it’s not. You can love the Earth every day, but you can only buy it a card once per year, and Hallmark will cut you if you suggest otherwise.

But don’t really buy Earth a card, that kind of goes against the whole principle of the matter.
