My husband and I visited the Field Museum in Chicago a couple of weeks ago, and WHAT a time we had. It was a frigid, rainy, blustery day, and we suspected that the joint would be packed just like the experience we had at the Shedd Aquarium the day before. They roamed the arenas of Los Angeles once upon a time…2 years ago.  Since July of 2007, the Walking With Dinosaurs live show has toured North America, astonishing audiences with the size and realism that only a show built by 50 crewmembers – including engineers, fabricators, skin makers, artists and painters, and animatronic experts – over the course of one year can bring.

So when the trip to Six Flags – Kentucky Kingdom was washed away in a deluge of angry cumulonimbus tears, and the children stood with sad eyes and tapping feet and bad intentions, well, we had to Go somewhere.

Enter Ohio. Read More »
