Over the last few weeks, several new travel friends have sent in suggestions for the Kango travel blog search tool. Check out the original post here and the updated list here. We are now up to 135 blogs that are part of the search tool, and we look forward to adding more! The widget is a tool that you can add to your blog or search yourself, allowing you to find all sorts of terrific information available through the travel blogosphere. For example, using the blog search tool led me to discover a whole category on Seafarer’s site about taking kids to Paris, which will help with my family trip to Europe next month. Voila, magic!

PoetLoverRebelSpy sent us several recommendations for budget travel blogs, which we have happily added to the search tool. Recommendations include the ever popular Less Than a Shoestring, Budget Travel, High Culture on the Cheap, Spendthrift Shoestring, and EuroCheap. Also recommended were Rambling Traveler, Vagabondish, Globespotters, and Perceptive Travel. David recommended El Turismo en la Dream Society, Turisblog, Ruta al Liderazgo, and Descubre Jordania. And Vicky recommended Get a Room and Canadian Tourism.

Additional bloggers that were added this week include Daniel Edward Craig, Girls Getaway, Touris Mountain, Opus Hotel Blog, Travel Horizons, Chronicles of On The Road Travel, Highland Business Research, New York Hospitality by Vijay Dandapani, ME-GO, The Trippist, Miss Expatria, The McCluskey Blog, Hole in the Donut, Travel Blogdig, Rick Seaney, Killing Batteries, Nos Vamos de Turismo and Online Travel Review.

JJ sent us to Hotel Blogs, Web Travel, and Young Hotelier, in addition to The Travel & Hospitality Dairies. From comments to our posts, representatives from Exposed Planet, Bike Travellers, Away.Com Family Guide, Viator Travel Blog, Wicked Good Travel Tips, The Suite Life and Everything Everywhere visited and their blogs have been added.

As always, we are happy to hear from travel bloggers who would like to have their blog added to our travel blog search tool. Drop us an email, comment on this post, or write something on your blog. Since this is a promotion tool for the Kango blog (and yours!) we are eager to spread the word and encourage you to tell a friend!
