OUR TAKE ON PAGE
Located on
Manson Mesa near Glen Canyon Dam, Page is the sight to many natural wonders and
even several movies, including Superman III and Planet of the Apes. Despite Page's fame from blockbuster movies,
however, it is relatively small (slightly under 7,000 strong) but manages to
attract 3 million visitors a year. Page
itself is located on a natural wonder, Manson Mesa, making this a supernatural
attraction as well. Besides Manson Mesa,
people flock here to vacation for Page's other natural wonders, including Lake
Powell. The way of the Navajo still
exists here, so you (or your kids) can learn about the Navajo's rich culture
while relaxing along beautiful Lake Powell.
For starters, we suggest visiting the many kid friendly attractions, the
main one being Lake Powell.
Afterwards, head inside town to visit Page's many attractions, including museums where your kids can learn about Page's fascinating history. If your kids like real American food, you'll find many kid friendly options inside of town. For people looking for more romantic pursuits, we suggest you rent out a boat and cruise along beautiful Lake Powell, stopping by one of Page's famous steak restaurants afterward. For comfortably lodging options, head inside town to stay at a local hotel, which also houses modern lodging amenities, including fitness centers and heated pools. Downtown Page has wonderful lodging options for true romantics also, so make sure to check it out. No matter what your preference, however, your vacation here will always be quiet and idyllic. For more information about Page's vacation options, restaurants, lodging accommodations, kid friendly attractions, and other general information, visit Page's website.
