Grand Canyon National Park Vacations, Tourism & Travel Information

OUR TAKE ON GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK

A historical landmark for over a century, Arizona's Grand Canyon National Park is Arizona's most popular attraction, attracting newlyweds and children every year.  Kids flock here every year to experience the wonder that is the Grand Canyon, and we suggest traveling here for a truly memorable experience.

Along with many natural attractions, including the Grand Canyon itself, we suggest traveling to the Ranger Operations Building, where staff can educate you on what to explore.  Besides exploring the Grand Canyon itself with exciting back country hiking tours, park rangers are happy to educate your kids about the science behind this age-old canyon.  Make sure to also go on the California Condors and Mountain Lion tours, where you can pet real animals and see how they interact in their natural habitat.  Afterward, travel to a local restaurant to eat delicious Arizonian cuisine.  As a precautionary warning, visit the Grand Canyon in the morning or evening, where the weather isn't as harsh.  There are also kid friendly and romantic lodging options inside and outside of the Grand Canyon, although we suggest you lodge outside of this park.  Lodging is known to be very expensive inside of the Grand Canyon.  For more information about attractions, kid friendly features, restaurants, and more information, visit the Grand Canyon's official website.
