Jasper Splurge!

Simply visiting Jasper National Park feels like a romantic splurge. Nature created a masterpiece in this area of the Canadian Rockies. Add in a stay at my favorite, The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, and you have a special weekend in the works. You'll find it hard to leave the lodge grounds to go exploring but don't miss Maligne Canyon. Call me crazy but I'd like to splurge here on a wintry visit. All that snow. Wouldn't it be romantic? Happy splurging!

If I'm visiting Canada's lovely Jasper Park on a weekend splurge, there's only one place that I'm going to stay. The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. The combination of personal service, class and rustic elegance can't be beat. I've experienced it in the summer and fall. Do you think there's a winter romantic splurge in my future?
You're in luck. The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge hasn't always had a world class spa. Now they do. Just in time for you to splurge on a fir-infused stone massage or a maple butter body wrap. Can I come, too?
There's so many ways to experience it, hike, ice walk or take a guided excursion.
You might choose the Cavell Dining Room on a weekend splurge at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Me? I'll sit at a romantic table by the huge rock fireplace in the Emerald Lounge. I already know that the food is great plus I enjoy the high ceilings and the tinkling piano music. My kind of splurge.
Exploring Maligne Canyon is a splurge, whether you're spending money or not. The beautiful setting is nature's splurge. There's so many ways to experience it, hike, ice walk or take a guided excursion. You decide. It's your splurge.
Call me lazy but I'll splurge by hiring a local guide on any trip, especially when it's Paula from Walks & Talks Jasper. The outdoor expert, a former Canadian National Parks employee, knows Jasper Park. You'll be glad you splurged.
If I'm visiting Canada's lovely Jasper Park on a weekend splurge, there's only one place that I'm going to stay.
