Located in the heart of Denali Borough in central Alaska, you'll find Healy quietly nestled along Mile 248 Parks Highway.  Healy is an opportune place for a quick romantic getaway (the solitudility of this region is also romantic), located near a prominent state park, many accommodations, and their famous Denali Dog Adventures, where you can sled a team of sled dogs yourself.  Although the population is scarcely over 1000, you'll find a lot to do here -- nature offers its own attractions.
